Steps Involved In The Admission Process
The admission process is designed in accordance with the instructions given below:
STEP 1 – REGISTRATION
Parents can register for admission by making a payment for the registration fee of Rs.900/- by
using one of the following options:
i) Fill the registration form online through the school website.
The Online Registrations for session 2025-26 is open.

ii) Visit the School campus, fill the registration form and submit.
STEP 2 – VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
On confirmation / receipt of communication regarding the grant of admission:
- The Admission booklet is issued which is to be duly filled in.
- All the requisite documents as mentioned in “Mandatory documents” below, should be submitted by the parent which is duly verified by the Admission Counsellor.
STEP 3 – FEE PAYMENT
Once the verification of form and documents is complete, parents have to make the payment of
the school fee by: (i) Demand Draft (ii) Net Banking (iii) Debit/ Credit Card (iv) Wallet / UPI
STEP 4 – GENERATION OF ADMISSION NUMBER
The admission number for the child is generated and the admission process is successfully
completed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Incomplete application forms will not be processed.
- Admission is subject to vacancy. Therefore, parents are requested to pay the fee and complete admission formalities at the earliest.
- No concept of “Booking a seat” can be permitted.
- Parents must remit the school fee within the stipulated time failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.
- School fee paid is non – refundable.
Admission Criteria - Grade 11
- Students appearing in Class-X (any Board) 2025 are eligible for Registration.
- Provisional Admission Class-XI will be granted at present & to be confirmed after the
declaration of Grade X results by the concerned board.

- Make payment and take a printout.
Note:
- The duly filled printed form along with relevant documents should be submitted in the school
office with effect from 1 st December, 2025 on all working days between 10:30 a.m. to

- DISCLAIMER: The School Management reserves the right to add, amend or cancel any of
the rules, procedures prevailing at any time which will be binding on the students,
parents/guardian.
Documents Required At The Time Of Admission
- 3 Passport Size Photographs each of Student, Father & Mother.
- Self-attested copy of the birth certificate of the student, issued by competent
authority. Original Birth Certificate for admissions to Pre Nursery, Nursery,
Preparatory and Grade 1. - Original SATS generated School Transfer Certificate of the student without any
correction(s) (If He/ She was admitted to any school prior to admission to this
school For students outside Karnataka, the Transfer Certificate must be counter
signed by the concerned District Education Officer / Block Education Officer. - Copy of Report Card of previous class
- Copy of Aadhar Card of Student and Parents
- Copy of Residence Proof of either Parent (Rent agreement, Voter ID, Electricity
bill). - Copy of Vaccination Card.
- Bank Account Details of either Parent
(Attach copy of cheque or front page of passbook). - 3 Passport Size Photographs of Guardian (if applicable)
- Copy of photo identity of Guardian (if applicable)
- Copy of Caste Certificate issued by an appropriate Government Authority (if
applicable). - One soft copy of student’s passport colour photograph in school uniform
(after admission).
Frequently Asked Questions
The admission for Pre Nursery, Nursery (LKG), Preparatory (UKG), Grade 1 to 9
and Grade 11 is open. You may visit the school office for details.
You can duly fill the registration form from our school website and pay the registration fee of Rs.900/- only or can collect the registration form from the school office on any working day. The form should be completed and submitted along with registration fee.

Uniforms and books will be made available prior to the commencement of the academic session. The parents will be duly notified about the same.
Since the school follows a progressive methodology, external tuition and coaching classes are not advised. In the event you would like to send your child for external classes on any subject, we strongly urge you to discuss it with the school in advance.

Marigold International School encourages parents to take a proactive interest in their child’s education. Every year the school conducts an orientation program for new parents so that the parents may understand the complimentary activities and programs that they can use at home to augment their child’s education, and to introduce the various programs that the school offers with which a parent can actively take part in their child’s life at school. In addition, the school also encourages parents to take classes or conduct workshops, assist teacher and anything else that a parent might wish to do to further their child’s growth.
